The project aims to empower European youth workers to create more inclusive opportunities for young people with disabilities and vulnerable backgrounds. Through exposure to diverse experiences and inclusion methods, participants will explore formal and non-formal learning tools, as well as social, educational, and professional aspects of youth with disabilities. Additionally, the project promotes the integration of inclusion and environmental awareness into ESC and Erasmus+ initiatives while extending green and inclusive practices to grassroots organizations and non-formal education sectors.
Outputs of the project
- Study Visit in Romania: Participants explored specialized institutions and inclusive programs for youth with disabilities and disadvantaged backgrounds. The visit included structured discussions and best practice exchanges on youth work and inclusion.
- Training Course in Belgium: A seminar focused on youth work and inclusive practices, providing in-depth knowledge on adapting Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. Sessions will cover project development, application processes, and collaborative proposal writing.
