What is job shadowing?

Job Shadowing is a project under the action 4.3 of the Youth in Action Programme that allows youth workers to stay in an organisation in an other country for a short period in order to learn something (observation in working environment).

How long can it be?

A job shadowing experience can take place in an European country and it can last from 7 to 23 days.

Who can participate?

All people, without age limit, youth workers or people who are working in the youth field.

Views International in partnership with other organisations has already implemented some Job shadowing projects.
